What's going on with our mailboxes?

In August, a mail cluster box was broken into by destroying the master lock of the unit (the unit has 1 lock which the Post Office (PO) uses to open all boxes at once). While the HOA owns (and must maintain) each cluster box, the PO is responsible for the locks. So sorry, the HOA has no control over replacing the lock, it’s totally the PO responsibility and we don’t know when it will happen.

The Wonders Little Free Library
has been up and running for our neighborhood!

A Little Free Library is a free book-sharing box where anyone may take a book or share a book. You do not need to share a book in order to take one.

As most are aware the Saddleback HOA, in partnership with Placer County, installed 2 radar speed signs in our community in an effort to slow down traffic (Traffic Calming).  These signs collect vehicle speed and time and allows us to investigate traffic usage on our streets. The data for the year 2022 has been analyzed and is presented in the article.
